AIR 17″ ANKLE BRACE

Made out of stable, rigid plastic material. Features removable, self-adhesive foam lining which internally covers the entire surface of the ankle. Hypoallergenic, breathable, and anti-sweat. Features two very strong bilateral aluminum gussets for stabilization of the foot. Four self-adhesive fixation straps. Anatomically designed, shock absorbent “ROCKER BOTTOM” sole. Additionally, it features a valve for introduction and expulsion of air (in-out) to reduce and treat swelling. Splint height 43cm. Ambidextrous.

Conservatively and postoperatively following:

• Grade II ankle sprains
• Stable fractures of the head-body of the talus
• Stable bimalleolar fractures
• Fractures of the medial-lateral malleolus
• Fractures of the tibia-fibula
• Grade III severe sprains with torn ligaments
• Achilles tendon tears
• Heel fractures
• Tendon transfers
